Hello and welcome to our Monday evening edition of The Valiant for May 27.

The first month after the season is generally a quiet time but Vale have made a start on what is likely to be a busy summer by recruiting Ronan Curtis at the end of his contract at Wimbledon.

We’re looking at how much flexibility Darren Moore might have in this transfer window and are talking to chief executive Matt Hancock about the Curtis deal and also the speculation about interest in home-grown striker Baylee Dipepa.

But that’s just part of tonight’s edition with plenty more news, analysis, opinion and nostalgia.
