Vale offer fans hope in relegation battle
A look at Port Vale after their goalless draw at Leyton Orient in League One
Port Vale gave us hope they can beat the odds and stay in League One as they fought out a goalless draw at Leyton Orient.
Darren Moore’s second-from-bottom side are six points from safety with a game in hand so still have much to do with ten games to go but will look to build on this encouraging performance.
They came close when James Wilson volleyed over from eight yards before the break but were grateful to Connor Ripley for denying Shaqai Forde and Ruel Sotiriou as the hosts improved after the break.
